Sales rep can make their call schedule in Microsoft Outlook and later they can sync their appointments in portal also. MRxTrax provides facility to make their call schedules in Portal and sync those appointments with Microsoft outlook. Call management validation is based on customer's workday schedule.


Provides facility to search customer details on multiple basis category, workday schedule, specialty, address location, county, city, state, hospital association, sales rep, professional titles, ranking.


Profile Management

Manages complete customer profiles and territory alignment of data and maps location. Location based functionality to helps sales rep to find customers location.


The MRxTrax Profile Management provides a central repository for all of your customer, employee, product information, whether your customers are individuals, organizations or both. Specialty, profiling, activity, market and other customer intelligence data is captured and readily accessible. Identification, license and other information needed for compliance is also maintained.


The Profile Management elegantly handles the complex relationships and affiliations between professionals, organizations, and locations.


All territory alignments are managed with full support for mirrored territories. Customers addresses map locations are identified through Google maps. Targeting, ranking and call plan definition are also handled within the Profile Maintenance. Automatic audit trails transactional sales data throughout this portal preserve all historic information for future reference.


Communication Management

Sample Activity Management

The MRxTrax Sample Management provides the validated PDMA compliant software, you need to perform your company's sample accountability functions. It records each representative's sample inventory events including shipments; acknowledgements of delivery, physical counts, and transfers within inter organization, returns, losses and any other misc transactions.


A sophisticated reconciliation facility combines these inventory transactions with call sampling transactions and generates complete inventory chronologies for each representative. An interactive reconciliation data navigator helps you identify out-of-tolerance situations and efficiently drill down as deep as you need to go to analyze and resolve each deviation. A wealth of detail and summary reports are provided to help you discover, prioritize, and resolve problems and document your company's reconciliation activities along the way. Based on the product defaults system allow to generate the safety stock activities and re order analysis alerts.


Call Data Entry & Management

The MRxTrax Call Manager provides a permanent repository for all sales call data collected by field representatives. All call details, sampling, surveying, follow-up notes and other information is captured permanently with signature validation and is viewed for future reference purpose.


The Call Manager is designed to receive call data from sales force automation systems and other electronic sources such as call card scanning systems.

This dashboard is setup to analyze call on daily, monthly and yearly basis, also due calls dashboard gives an idea of current status to senior management and sales rep. Product sample sales by warehouse or Products sample sales by month and year gives a strong visual glance to user.


MRxTrax provides an interactive user interface and drill down to lowest transaction information for all users. Data represents in interactive charts with number, percents and transactional grid.


Report & Scheduling Management

MRxTrax provides powerful reporting tool to generate reports, analyze your data and schedule them. It provides a tailored and focused solution for your company. It is a Web-based report access and management. You can also use this tool for its report viewer and navigation features. You can view, search, print, email and subscribe to reports.


Configure report execution properties, report history, and report parameters. Create report models that connect to and retrieve data from ORACLE and Microsoft SQL Server database. Set model item security to allow access to specific entities in the model, or map entities to predefined click through reports that you create in advance. You can use Report Management to search for specific reports. You can view a report; you might also be able to subscribe to reports for delivery to an e-mail inbox or a shared folder on the file system.


Scheduling management allow to execute and delivered report on email or print based on pre schedule either specific time, day , weekly, monthly etc.
